Founded by Wendy, Thomas, and Josh, JT’s Creamery was built on a shared love for people, community, and time spent together.
With Wendy’s heart for serving others, Thomas’s steady support, and Josh’s culinary creativity, each of them plays a meaningful role in bringing this vision to life. Together, they set out to create a welcoming space where families can slow down, connect, and make lasting memories—one scoop at a time.

“J” is for Josh, our son and culinary creator, whose passion for crafting flavors brings creativity and innovation to every batch.
“T” is for Thomas, our steady supporter and the foundation behind it all.

Our Ice Cream
We’re committed to serving exceptional, handcrafted ice cream made entirely in-house with care and creativity. We take pride in using high-quality ingredients and strive to not use artificial dyes or high fructose corn syrup—because what goes into our ice cream matters just as much as how it tastes.
Our ice cream has been nationally recognized and evaluated by Cornell University, earning three Blue Ribbon awards—a distinction we’re proud to hold as the only ice cream shop in Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina with this honor.
